At Cardcenter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Cardcenter account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
